My name is Neeraj Yadav, father of baby Rishabh, who is just three years old. We live in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Our little boy came into our lives like a blessing — his smile filled our home with laughter and hope. His treatment is going on under Dr. Lomi, who is doing everything possible for our child’s recovery. I work in a packing factory, earning only ₹10,000 per month, and we are trying our best to manage everything with limited means. Still, the medical expenses are far beyond our reach.
